• Maintain and improve environmental activities through ISO 14001.

• Increase awareness in protecting and preserving the environment in compliance with regulations.

• Improve productivity and yield ratio while reducing negative environmental impacts.

Quantitative Targets

• Leveller: 9.50 Ton/Hour (Challenge: 10.20) – Max Stop Line 4.0%

• Blanking: 8.00 Ton/Hour (Challenge: 8.30)

• GSPH: 620 (Challenge: 660)

• Shearing: 5.70 Ton/Hour

• Yield Ratio: 98.70% (Challenge: 98.90%)
