We are committed to continuously improving quality to deliver high-standard products and achieve the highest customer satisfaction.

MOSSI also contributes to the growth of Indonesia’s automotive industry by ensuring continuous quality enhancement and providing reliable products to our customers.

Quality Targets FY-2024

Qualitative Targets

  • Attain customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Continuously improve procedures to avoid “IZAI” (wrong material deliveries).
  • Reduce aged/obsolete inventory.

Quantitative Targets

  • Limit external customer claims to ≤ 4 cases per year.
  • Achieve ZERO cases of “IZAI” (wrong material delivery).
  • Reduce aged inventory (>120 days) to less than 3% of total stock (excluding low usage parts and new model trials).
