At PT Metal One Steel Service Indonesia (MOSSI), the health and safety of our employees are top priorities. We are committed to ensuring a safe, healthy, and productive working environment by complying with applicable laws, internal standards, and promoting active participation from all employees.

Safety Policy Statements

1. Comply with occupational health and safety regulations as well as internal company standards, and implement comprehensive safety management with employee participation.
2. Conduct thorough risk assessments to create a safe and comfortable workplace with zero hazards.
3. Strengthen the health management system and promote initiatives that ensure employee well-being.
4. Provide proper safety and health training to all employees to increase awareness and active participation.
5. Enhance safety and health activities by allocating appropriate resources, ensuring continuous and effective improvements.

Safety Targets FY-2024

Qualitative Targets

• Operate all work based on safety standards and procedures.
• Promote mutual care among employees and prevent unsafe practices.
• Maintain good health and stay focused during working hours.

Quantitative Targets

• ZERO lost time accidents.
• Conduct comprehensive safety inspections and reduce risk levels by 30%.
• Each employee to contribute at least one Safety Kaizen initiative per year.
